Ray’s Pizza / Cedars Mediterranean - this place has become a regular spot for me ad it’s right around the corner from where I’m taking my LSAT course. It’s fast and pretty decent, so far. This is the kafta wrap; charbroiled, seasoned meatballs wrapped in a pita along with hummus, pickles, lettuce, and tomato. It’s sort of the burger of the mediterranean world. This one was surpisingly good, authentic…well, close enough. When my time is short, this really hits the spot. Hearty, but not greasy. The pickles were especially good; nice crunch and not so overpowering, while still giving that tang to the wrap.
