Shaun’s Hook-up Sushi (Kuroshio) - we ordered “the bridge” with various types of sashimi, nigiri, and maki. The super fatty tuna belly (otoro) is, of course, my favorite, as well as the regular cut of tuna (maguro) and yellowtail (hamachi). Both of our maki selections were delicious, Japanese bagel and the super-fantastic-monkey-ball-insert-zany-sounding-name roll. The knife skills left a lot to be desired, ratty ends and such, but hard to argue with fresh fish and a hook-up on the bill. Besides, get to hang out with friends, and Frank does a good job on the music selections.
